A working day as a barn production worker at Oudijk Gerbera
The work day starts early: at 6:30 we are ready to get to work. Together with the team, we ensure that our gerberas are processed into a beautiful, packaged finished product. As a production worker, you are on the move all day. No day is the same: the different orders keep the work varied and dynamic. The pace can sometimes pick up, but that very challenge is what makes the work fun. You notice that you are working toward something together – and that gives energy. From sorting and staking to carefully packing the flowers, every action contributes to the quality Oudijk Gerbera stands for. At the end of the day, you proudly deliver a product that we all stand behind.
